Mission Statement

At In Between Time Academy, our mission is to focus on the total development of the children we care for using conscious discipline. This encompasses 7 conscious life and communication skills: Composure, Encouragement, Assertiveness, Choices, Empathy, Positive Intent and Consequences. Safety is a top tier pillar of focus, and our staff has been trained to practice conscious discipline to provide children with a sense of safety while under our care. The key to safety, is a conscious, mindful adult. We foster an environment that fulfills children's physiological needs, feeling of belongingness, esteem and self-actualization. One goal of our staff is  to promote growth within the children both intellectually and socially. As the children continue through our programs, their skillset shall increase, thus promoting confidence in self socially and intellectually.
